Growth through Sport
Social Services, SportSoccer, we use soccer to remove young boys from the streets for they will end up vulnerable to drugs, Nyaope (a powerful synthetic drug in South Africa), and substance abuse among others.
Netball: Young girls need to be supported for they can be vulnerable to early pregnancy, rape, human traffic, substance abuse etc.
We see sport as a powerful tool that has the power to unite people of all age group from different background. It has the power to inspire and it speaks to the youth in a language that they understand. Sport, at its best, can build character and promote the virtues of honesty, respect, humility, selfless teamwork, discipline, dedication and commitment to a greater cause. We know sport can transcend political and racial barriers and the lessons learnt from it can spill over into the classroom, the workplace and the greater community, contributing to shaping the future of the nation and its citizens.
The Future focus of this project is to develop sports and art centres.
